FAMILY FAVORITE BURGERS
 
Ingredients
  • 1½ lb Ground Beef
  • 2 slices Bread; Fresh Bread Crumbs
  • ⅓ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Catsup
  • ¼ cup Onion;Finely Choppe (small)
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 2 teaspoon Horseradish
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard; Prepared
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Shape mixture into 6 patties, each about ¾-inch thick.
  3. Broil or grill patties, 4-inches from the heat, turning once, until the desired doneness is reached, about 10 to 15 minutes.

CRUNCHY TERIYAKI BURGERS

CRUNCHY TERIYAKI BURGERS
 
Ingredients
  • 1½ lb Ground Beef
  • ½ cup Water Chestnuts (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Orange Juice; OR
  • ¼ cup Sherry; Dry
  • 1 Clove Garlic; Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Molasses or Brown Sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon Ginger; Ground
Instructions
  1. Mix the Meat and water chestnuts together. Shape the mixture into 6 patties, each about ¾-inch thick.
  2. Place the patties in an ungreased baking dish 10 X 6 X 1¾-inches.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the patties.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, turning the patties once.
  5. Remove the patties from the marinade.
  6. Broil or grill the patties 4- inches from the heat, turning once, until the desired doneness is reached, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Brush frequently with the leftover marinade.

CHEDDAR BURGERS

CHEDDAR BURGERS
Serves: 5
 
Ingredients
  • 1 lb Lean ground Beef
  • 3 tablespoon Heinz 57 Sauce
  • 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Soft Bread crumbs
  • Sandwich Buns, toasted
  • ¼ cup Minced onion
Instructions
  1. Mix the first 6 ingredients.
  2. Shape into 5 patties.
  3. Grill or broil to desired degree of doneness.
  4. Serve in sandwich buns;top with additional Heinz 57 Sauce,if desired

CARAWAY BURGERS

CARAWAY BURGERS
 
Ingredients
  • 1½ lb Ground Beef
  • ½ cup Onion; Finely Chopped, 1 Md.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Caraway Seed
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Beer; Any Brand
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together except the beer.
  2. Shape mixture into 6 patties, each about 1-inch thick.
  3. Place the patties in an ungreased baking dish, 10 X 6 X 1¾-inches.
  4. Pour the beer over the patties, then cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. (Meat may turn gray, but this is ok)
  5. Remove patties from the marinade.
  6. Broil or grill the patties 4 inches from the heat, turning once, to the desired doneness, about 15 to 20 minutes.

BURGUNDY BURGERS

BURGUNDY BURGERS
 
Ingredients
  • 1½ lb Ground Beef
  • ¼ cup Burgundy Or Other Red Wine
  • ¼ cup Onion; Finely Chopped, 1 sm.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon Garlic Salt
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients together.
  2. Shape mixture into 6 patties, each about ¾-inch thick.
  3. Broil or grill the patties 4-inches from the heat, turning once, to the desired doneness, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Nice served on toasted buns with your favorite Topping.
