HACIENDA HAMBURGER

HACIENDA HAMBURGER
 
Ingredients
  • 2 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cup Uncooked Noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • 1 cup Diced American Cheese
  • 1½ cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 cup Sliced Ripe Olives
  • ½ cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • 6 oz (1 can) Tomato Paste
  • 2-1/4 cup (3 cans) Water
Instructions
  1. Cook Meat in oil in large skillet. Add celery and onion; cover and cook slowly 10 minutes.
  2. Add tomato paste, water, noodles, Cheese, olives, salt and pepper; stir to combine.
  3. Cook slowly until noodles are tender, about 30 minutes.

BARBECUE HAMBURGER PATTIES

BARBECUE HAMBURGER PATTIES
 
Ingredients
  • 1½ lb Ground Beef
  • ½ cup Onion; Chopped, 1 medium
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ⅓ cup Catsup
  • ½ cup Chili Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. Combine meat, onion, and salt together. Shape the mixture into 6 patties, each about ¾-inch thick.
  2. Brown the patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat, turning once.
  3. Cover and cook over low heat about 10 minutes.
  4. Drain off the excess fat.
  5. Mix catsup, Chili Sauce, brown Sugar, and lemon juice.
  6. Pour Sauce over the patties.
  7. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, spooning the Sauce onto the patties occasionally.
  8. Serve with the Sauce spooned over the patties.

Hamburger & Mac Tomato Casserole

Ingredients

2 lb Ground beef
1/2 cup Onion; chopped
1 sm Clove garlic; minced
2 1 lb cans tomatoes
1 cup Tomato sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon of Chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano; crushed
2 cup Uncooked elbow macaroni

Instructions

Brown meat, onion, and garlic in skillet; drain. Combine tomatoes,
sauce and 1 1/2 cups water in crockpot. Add drained meat, onion and
garlic. Stir in seasonings. Mix well. Cover pot and cook on LOW for 6
top 8 hours. Stir in uncooked macaroni and continue cooking 2 to 3
hours until macaroni is tender.
